Services and engagements
MPower Accessibility provides digital accessibility evaluation, testing, consulting, advice, and training.
Project work is scoped and priced in writing. The written quote, statement of work, purchase order, and client agreement for a specific engagement control that engagement’s scope, fees, payment schedule, cancellation terms, deliverables, and other terms.
We accept payment by card, ACH or bank transfer, check, purchase order, and government purchase card, as stated in the applicable quote, invoice, or agreement. Engagement invoices are issued through Stripe.
Expert consultations
An expert consultation is a working session of approximately 1 hour with our lead accessibility specialist about a specific barrier, proposed fix, Accessibility Conformance Report question, or purchasing decision. Consultations are booked and paid together on our Google Calendar booking page; payment is processed by Stripe. The fee is $225, and it’s credited toward any engagement scoped within 60 days.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, email info@mpoweraccessibility.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation. With that notice, you may choose a full refund or a new time.
With less than 48 hours’ notice, we may offer one rescheduling opportunity when reasonably possible. Missed consultations are not refundable.
If MPower Accessibility cancels a consultation, you may choose a full refund or a new time. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
High-level evaluation sample
A high-level evaluation sample is paid for in advance through Stripe checkout. The introductory price is $50, and it’s credited toward any engagement scoped within 60 days.
If you need to cancel, email info@mpoweraccessibility.com. We can give a full refund before we send a confirmation that work has begun. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Project cancellations and billing concerns
For project engagements, the cancellation, payment, and termination terms in the applicable written quote, statement of work, purchase order, or client agreement apply.
If you have a billing concern or question about a charge, email info@mpoweraccessibility.com. We will acknowledge your message within 2 business days.
Scope of our work
Our reports describe the work we performed, the scope we tested, when we tested it, and the standard or criteria used for that work.
We do not certify compliance with any law, and we do not provide legal advice. Accessibility testing can identify barriers and help organizations prioritize improvements, but it cannot guarantee that a website, application, document, or organization complies with every applicable legal requirement or will not face a complaint or lawsuit.
For legal questions, talk with your attorney.
